Esta vez uno de mis mayores compradores e inversionistas, me pidió que hiciera una presentación de uno de mis productos a más tardar en una semana. “Por supuesto, respondí, considérelo hecho”. Recordé de un amigo que me hablo maravillas de una planeadora de eventos en Panamá City Beach, Florida. Inmediatamente le di una llamada. Hasta el punto que llegamos a un acuerdo y le pague su vuelo hasta NC. Les seré honesto, está nervioso, y hasta cierto punto inseguro con tan pocos días que me quedaban para el evento. Carmen de verdad que lo llevo a cabo espectacularmente sin ningún problema, aproximadamente 70 invitados tuvieron un momento bárbaro, imponente, inspirado en ambiente de negocios y una relajante atmosfera. El Evento fue todo un éxito, combinado desde una serie de flores, hasta cada pequeño detalle cómo ser cuadernos de apuntes, lapiceros, snacks, café, bebidas y hasta música en el balcón en los momentos de refrigerio. “Carmen realmente hizo para mí de este evento algo más allá de lo que yo me esperaba, algo legendario”.  Algunas veces suelo tener reuniones en mi salón de reuniones u oficina con clientes con aproximadamente 15-20 personas, en las cuales mi secretaria o con un coordinador local pueden manejar sin ningún problema. Pero Carmen, aun se tomó el tiempo de ayudarme a preparar y colocar las piezas que necesitaba para ofrecer y presentar un PowerPoint en este evento a mis clientes e invitados. Gracias Carmen… en realidad este evento fue todo un gran éxito!!!!

I come from a family of business. Mainly sales. This time one of biggest buyers wanted me to present one my products as soon as next week. “Of course, I said, considerate done”. I got back to my office. Only one little detail, there were probably going to be around 70-80 guest in next week company business event, and with that so short notice, I didn’t know anybody who could perform such a thing. I live in North Carolina. So, then I remember my friend who spoke wonders of his event planner from Panama City Beach. Immediately I gave her a call. We talked on the phone and immediately made arrangements and I flew her over here to NC. I have to be honest. I was nervous, and had my doubts. Since we only had a few days. She really pulled it off, and approximately 70 guests had a smashing time in the inspired company business oriented space and great atmosphere. The event was a success, combined with a series of flowers, from every little detail from notebooks in the tables, to pens and high liters, snack bars, coffee, drinks, and many other treats, plus a gathering time after the presentation, she even brought a top performer to break the ice. "They wanted to hear music on the balcony," Carmen really made this event to go beyond my expectations, it was legendary”. I often have important, intimate dinners on my board room for 15 or 20 guests, and with a local coordinator or my secretary, I can manage just fine. Carmen even helped me to put the pieces together to make a beautiful PowerPoint to present for my event, very elite clients and guests. My partner and I have just arrived in Panama City Beach 2016 around July, from Texas due to a job transfer. We had been together for about 3 years then.

When we got here, the beauty of this emerald color waters and sand beaches made us felt even more in love every time we took our afternoon walks at the beach. It was magical. We decided to get marry. The question was, we didn’t know how or who to ask for something private and intimate event. We were wondering if we could have it done in a sunset day at the beach of course or were to start. We didn’t have many friends just yet. We were the new kids in town. A girl the office where I worked at, gave me Carmen’s number, and she told me that she had perform her wedding on a sunset afternoon, and that it was very special the way she does things, that she really recommended her. Immediately my heart jumped!. I called Carmen that day, it was a little passed 6pm. I was expecting to leave a message. To my surprise, she answered the phone. We talked for more than 30 minutes, I felt like I knew Carmen for years. She made us feel so special. We got married 3 weeks after on a beautiful summer sunset afternoon, she took care of everything.

A very elegant, but simple, intimate, full of love, peaceful moment to remember! We are so happy that we were able to find her, she was able to work with our time and budget, our needs, and our crazy romantic personalities! Thanks Carmen again for being there for us….

I was planning a baby shower for my best friend of more than 15 years, and didn't really know what I was doing but I the same time I wanted to be beautiful. As the RSVP list was increasing, more than 30 people (since it was a unisex babyshower), my anxiety was increasing. Carmen made planning super easy, helped me organize and get all the decorations, games, and menu together. The baby shower was a success! My best friend really enjoyed herself and loved it! Carmen de verdaderamente hizo nuestro evento familiar un momento inolvidable. Para empezar, Yo nací aquí en los Estados Unidos, y me bella prometida Gabrielle, ella también nació aquí en los Estados Unidos pero con tradiciones y raíces Hispanas fuertes, de su país y familiares de  Honduras, las cuales hicieron que me enamorara aún más de ella. Como pueden ver, venimos de dos diferentes culturas, y reuniones familiares fue siempre algo que tratamos de evitar hasta ahora, pero no en una forma negativa, sino porque sabíamos que simplemente nuestras familias eras diferentes. Pero a medida que el tiempo iba pasando, yo finalmente le pedí a mi novia que se casara conmigo, nos dimos cuenta que definitivamente era tiempo para que nuestras familias se encontraran. Estábamos nerviosos. Fue en ese momento cuando Carmen apareció en nuestras vidas. No solo ella se encargó de arreglar un encantador evento, excelente comida, y la mejor música que abrazara las dos culturas, Carmen se encargó completamente de manejar, aliviar, relajar las ansiedades y preocupaciones mías y mi prometida acerca de tan esperada reunión. El evento estuvo fenomenal, lleno de alegría, música, risas, abrazos, pero lo mejor de todo, ella nos ayudó a formar lazos de unión en nuestras familias de una forma que nosotros no sabíamos ni cómo empezar. ¡Gracias Carmen por todo lo que hiciste por nosotros, y estamos deseosos para que nos coordines los próximos eventos en el futuro!!!

Carmen has truly made my family reunion one never to forget. To begin with, I was born in the United States and so my beautiful fiancé Gabrielle, but she has beautiful Hispanic roots, since most of her family are from Honduras, traditions and a beautiful culture that made me to fall in love with her even more. We come from two different cultural backgrounds, and family reunions have been something we've avoided for some time now, not in a negative way, but just because we knew our families would be so different. But as time went by and I finally asked her to marry me we knew it was about time for our families to come together; and that's when we met Carmen. Not only did she arrange a stunning event, great food, and wonderful entertainment, she was able to completely relieve my fiancé and I of our anxieties and worries about the reunion. It was full of laughter, welcoming arms, and most of all, she helped bring unity to our families. Thank you, Carmen, for all that you did and we can't wait for you to coordinate the next one for us!
